Well, the 13 Days Of Christmas Campaign Against Child Abuse and Domestic Violence has started again.

John Derringer, morning radio talk show host at Q107FM in Toronto, raises funds every year which are used to ensure that children who have been the victims of abuse and adults who have been the victims of domestic violence as well as their families can enjoy a better Christmas.

Derringer is a philanthropist here in Toronto and is on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Center for Abuse Awareness.

This fund raising campaign is on behalf of both CCAA and the Martin Kruze Memorial Foundation.

Child Abuse of all kinds, Bullying and Domestic Violence are terrible crimes.

It's up to us as a society to help, to be aware that there are other children out there suffering, and make these children, as well as adult survivors of Child Abuse and victims of Domestic Violence a priority.

Preventing Child Abuse, Bullying and Domestic Violence is everyone's responsibility.

Please note that Domestic Violence is not a gender issue. Both men and women can be and are victims. We don't have good statistics on the number of men who are abused because men don't report this crime out of embarrassment and a lack of social support.

A Message To Those Hosting DarkNet Pedophile Sites

I'm going to go with the assumption that you are not pedophiles.

Regular Pornography is obviously not the same thing as Child Pornography. Regular Pornography involves consenting adults and is viewed by consenting adults. If you have to make money through the production of pornography is there a reason why you can't (or won't) focus on the Adult side.

I'm assuming that you are aware that Child Pornography uses real children who do not have the legal ability to consent. We are talking about adults who are actually physically, psychologically and emotionally abusing/sexually assaulting real children and posting pictures of that abuse on the Internet.

This is a criminal act. It's a criminal act because children don't have the ability to consent and it's the responsibility of each and every person in our society to protect those who are vulnerable. Children are at the top of that list because they are the most vulnerable. That makes it your responsibility too.

This is also why pedophiles don't have the right to engage in pedophilia whether it's a sexual orientation or not, or whether it's limited to viewing images on the Internet or not. The few who have publicly claimed to limit their activity to viewing these images have been demonstrated to be liars.

Are you aware of the fact that one pedophile can and often does physically, psychologically and emotionally abuse/sexually assault numerous real children, sometimes hundreds.

When Anonymous identified 190 pedophiles who frequent these seriously hard-core and seriously abusive pedophile sites, they may also have contributed to identifying and saving hundreds of children from continued abuse.

For this, Anonymous deserves our thanks and appreciation.

If you want to find out what the impact of this kind of serious abuse can have on a child, then I suggest you read a book called, When Rabbit Howls by Truddi Chase.  There are also numerous others written by victims of child abuse/sexual assault.

If you are hosting these sites, and if you are doing so based on some misguided interpretation of "free speech", you should do well to remember that the limitations on these pedophile sites are not free speech limitations. They are legal limitations based on the necessity of protecting our children from serious abuse which is a criminal act.

Please stop enabling them.

The TOR system is a good system and has been invaluable to those who live in oppressive countries.

And those who contributed to the creation of the TOR system also deserve our thanks and appreciation.

In the last three weeks of #OpDarknet, we gained much support from The World with our Operation Darknet.  We would like to thank our supporters, in #OpDarknet's cause.  There also was a large amount of resistance from the pedophile community claiming that Tor was their safe haven with messages such as:

Operation Darknet was never intended to bring down Tor or the "darknets".  The only purpose of Operation Darknet was to reveal that a service like the "Tor Project" has been ruined by the 1% using it for Child Pornography.  The rest, 99% consists of Chinese/Iran journalists, Government intelligence fighting a secret war with Al-Qaeda, and us Anons who believe in the right to Free Speech.

However, Child Pornography is NOT FREE SPEECH.  We proved beyond doubt, that 70% of users to The Hidden Wiki access the HARD CANDY section, "a secret directory" used by the pedophiles to access sites like Lolita City and The Hurt Site, a site dedicated to trade of child rape.

In that, We Anonymous planned and successfully executed an complex "Social Engineering" operation dubbed "Paw Printing".  This consisted of the following things:

1. One week prior to October 27th, 2011, We Anonymous performed OpSec, "Operations Security" against the developers of Tor.  We quietly listened on irc.oftc.net channels #tor and #tor-dev to find when the next major release of Tor would be.
2. Form our OpSec, we determined that on October 27th 2011, a new Tor version would be released to recent "security" publications about Tor
3. We secretly contacted our friends at The Mozilla Foundation™, Developers of Firefox™, for them to authorize a developer signer certificate for "The Honey Pawt", a TorButton that we Anon created to funnel all ORIGINATING traffic to our forensic logger.
4. On October 26th, 2011 we passed certification of a modified TorButton for Firefox™ called "The Honey Pawt" which would be used for the forensic logging of users accessing The "HARD CANDY" and "Lolita City" Tor Hidden Onion sites.  Our TorButton aka "The Honey Pawt" did not contain any malware or virus.  It was developed according to the Firefox/Mozilla Foundation guidelines.
5. We built a forensic data logger dubbed "Whiny da Pedo" that would capture the IP traffic, log that IP packet, and re-route it through our local Tor Bridge.
6. On October 27th, 2011 we launched Operation "Paw Printing".  What we did was stopped our #occupy Denial-of-Service on The Hidden Wiki and placed a Tor "security update" message on the "HARD CANDY" section of The Hidden Wiki. 
7. No where else did we place that message except for the HARD CANDY page on The Hidden Wiki.  The message contained a download link to our "The Honey Pawt".  To ensure no conflicts with the existing, TorButton our "The Honey Pawt" replaced the old TorButton Firefox extension.
8. The pedo who was on the "HARD CANDY" section would then restart Firefox™ and turn our TorButton and attempt to access websites such as The Hidden Wiki and Lolita City. 
9. That traffic would then be forwarded to our special forensics server and log the incoming IP and destination.  If an Tor Onion site matched a known Child Pornography Tor site, we would block the request.  Otherwise, the traffic would then be redirected through the Tor network.
10. For only 24 hours, we ran Operation "Paw Printing".  On October 28th, 2011.  We shut down the forensics and resumed #occupy The Hidden Wiki to prevent access to the Tor Hidden Wiki Site

Below are mirrors to "whiny_da_pedo_ip_honey_pot.zip", the forensics archive to our operation.  A total of 190 unique IP's and users were identified in the 24HR time frame.  The README.txt contains the method of IP capture and forensics used to determine the individuals accessing the HARD CANDY and Lolita City.

Also in addition to Operation "Paw Printing", we had an concurrent operation called "Media Storm".  We reconfigured our previous cluster used for timing analysis against Freedom Hosting, to run multiple instances of "Chris Hansen". 

During our gathering of evidence against FORMLESS NETWORKING LLC (see: http://pastebin.com/qWHDWCre).  We ran multiple Denial-Of-Service attacks against the Tor services Freedom Hosting and Lolita City.  As for a control to test our suspicions, we separately ran the high bandwidth Distributed Denial-Of-Service attacks against the Tor exit nodes owned by FORMLESS NETWORKING LLC a company affiliated with Mike Perry, the developer of the TorButton.

Each and every time, we were able to verify outages to Freedom Hosting.  Those from our Tor network Denial-of-Service attacks directly against Lolita City / Freedom Host (See: http://pastebin.com/VsWnRM70);  And those with clearnet/WWW Distributed Denial-Of-Service attacks against FORMLESS NETWORKING LLC Tor exit nodes (See: http://torstatus.blutmagie.de). 

One Anon contacted Mike Perry on the Tor developer's IRC server: irc.oftc.net, about Anonymous' accusations about his association with FORMLESS NETWORKING LLC.  His response is as follows:

Terrorism Discredits Any Cause

Lately I've been posting about the brutal genocide and torture of Aboriginal children at the hands of staff and clerics in the Church run Indian Residential Schools.

I'm supportive of the survivors, their desire for justice and wish the People's Inquiry Into Residential Schools much success in their endeavor to get the truth out to the public as well as obtain justice for the survivors of this abuse.

However, the recent burning down of the Royal Bank of Canada in Ottawa is reprehensible, if it was indeed the target of a fire-bombing by anarchist groups because of Indian land claims and other related issues as some news reports speculate.

Terrorism discredits a cause, it doesn't help it.

Hopefully, CSIS will track down these terrorists quickly before they have a chance to do anymore damage.

And I'm referring to the damage done to both the RBC as well as that which would be done to the People's Inquiry Into Residential Schools, if this act was committed in support Aboriginal issues.

The RBC as a private institution has the right to financially support any enterprise they wish to without fear of being subjected to terrorist threats and intimidation whether anyone agrees with that financial support or not.

The People's Inquiry Into Residential Schools consist of people who are looking for Justice.

Terrorist acts do not provide this justice and will hurt their efforts.

"Participate in our Peoples' Inquiry into Residential Schools on June 15 in Winnipeg - Put and End to the Government and Church Coverup known as the "Truth and Reconciliation Commission"

Dear friends,

For nearly two decades, in the face of enormous repression and concealment by church and state, our network has documented the stories of torture, genocide and murder by survivors of Indian residential schools across Canada, and has forced this issue onto the national political agenda.

In response, the groups responsible for the death of nearly half the children in these institutions - the government of Canada and the Catholic, Anglican and United Church - have exonerated themselves from their crimes and established their own "truth and reconciliation commission" (TRC) to whitewash their responsibility for clearly intentional crimes against humanity.

This "TRC" is in essence an enormous miscarriage of justice.

The TRC has no power to lay criminal charges or issue subpoenas, will not allow the naming of names or presenting of evidence of wrongdoing in residential schools, will not grant protective immunity to those testifying, and will prevent its findings to be used in courts of law.

With such restrictions and censorship, the TRC will be incapable of conducting any serious inquiry into crimes in Indian residential schools, or of issuing any kind of detailed or accurate report about this tragic history that claimed the lives of at least 50,000 children over a century.

Not only will this "official" self-examination by the parties guilty of a crime provide no satisfaction to the thousands of survivors who are seeking an open forum in which they can be freely heard, and seek justice, but the mandate of the "TRC" violates international human rights protocols requiring an impartial and open inquiry into apparent crimes against humanity, and the proper consultation of victims of such criminal acts.

In response, our network and other survivors of church abuse will be holding a counter hearing process across Canada to provide a real and open inquiry into the Indian residential schools of Canada.

This counter hearing will be known as The Peoples' Inquiry into Crimes in Indian Residential Schools, and will commence on the day that the "TRC" opens its first forum, on Tuesday, June 15 at The Forks in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Our hearing will be held near to the site of the TRC event and will invite survivors to present their full stories and evidence of what they suffered in these schools, and what they still endure, in an uncensored venue.

We anticipate and have requested the presence of international human rights observers at our event on June 15, in order to monitor the evidence submitted to our forum, and any possible irregularities or restrictions occurring at the government's "TRC" event.

Our campaign has the support of survivors' groups, human rights networks and the news media in Europe and other regions, and its events and findings will be reported around the world.

Our aim is to produce and issue an eventual Counter Report to the government's TRC report that can be used to bring charges against Canada and its churches.

We invite you to officially endorse and take part in our June 15 counter hearing and open forum, and help us record for the world the complete evidence of crimes in Canadian Indian residential schools.

We see our campaign as part of a growing international movement to bring to justice those responsible for the organized criminal abuse and trafficking in children, including church, government and police agencies.

Canada, the Church, and Aboriginal Genocide

The two hour movie called, Unrepentant, at the end of this post is well worth watching.

There are three stories here.

1. The genocide, abuse and brutal torture of Aboriginal children in Indian Residential Schools run by Canadian Churches in collaboration with and funded by the Canadian Government.

2. Medical and Psychological experimentation on Aboriginal children which in most cases amounted to torture and in many cases ended in death.

Mass graves of Aboriginal children exist all over Canada, where Indian Residential Schools were located, but two spark particular interest.

One is located on National Defense Department land where a Native Indian Hospital was situated. Survivors claim that they were subjected to abusive medical experimentation there.

The other is located behind Allan Memorial Institute, home of MKUltra and Dr. Ewan Cameron's extreme and abusive psychic driving experiments. Survivors claim that they were subjected to abusive psychological experimentation there.

3. The Malicious Persecution using Organized Stalking strategies of Kevin Annett who is struggling to get justice for the thousands of children killed in these schools and the hundreds of thousands of survivors.

Kevin Annett was a United Church of Canada Reverend who was fired, de-listed, harassed, amongst many, many other things because of his refusal to stop exposing the crimes against humanity of the Churches and Government of Canada against Aboriginal children in Indian Residential Schools.

Kevin says he continues to walk with Christ while harshly criticizing religion, the Churches and their hypocrisy.

I find it interesting that while the News Media is all over reports of child sexual and physical abuse these days, the survivors of Aboriginal genocide and child torture are being all but ignored.

Canadian Named As Pedophilia Suspect.

Canadian Christopher Paul Neil, 32, a teacher and alleged pedophile, is on the run from Interpol. He is suspected of being in Thailand. He was identified recently, by Interpol, as being responsible for hundreds of images on the Internet showing him sexually assaulting young boys in South East Asia.

If you see him, Interpol asks that you contact your local police service and not interact with him.

The Cornwall Public Inquiry

Well, some interesting things have come to light, at the end of last week, regarding the Cornwall Public Inquiry.

Child Abuse victims need justice. Part of that is the acknowledgment that a crime was committed and the perpetrator of that crime brought to justice. This is critically important for their healing as individuals and it's critically important for our society to protect and recognize the value of our children.

My concern is that there appear to be various agendas at work in this particular case. While all the agendas claim concern for the victims as their motivation, I'm not entirely sure that's the case, and frankly, it's a sad state of affairs for the victims.

Since I don't know any of people, organizations, their characters, their motivations, it's impossible for me to say who's right and who's wrong based on anything but the facts that I see spelled out for me.

However, in this case, everyone claims to have the facts, and yet, a lot of the key facts, to some extent have been discredited. I can't comment on the specific Victims statements and whether they have or have not been discredited because I haven't read everything posted yet.

In Perry Dunlop's situation, it's really hard to tell whether he's having problems now because he was a whistle-blower, or whether they are caused because he became overzealous in his and his brother-in-law's independent investigation of the case. One victim states he was pressured by Mr. Dunlop to falsely claim he was abused by someone. Is it true? I don't know, and frankly, it would be difficult to prove for certain one way or the other.

In the OPP's situation, it's really hard to tell whether the investigations were not done thoroughly or whether their investigations were in fact thorough and done according to standard investigative techniques, and then tainted later. Investigations can be tainted if questions are asked improperly and then result in leading to people to say and recall things in a way that supports the investigators conclusions. On the other hand, investigations can also be tainted due to political pressure.

Generally speaking, I believe that, under normal circumstances, most OPP officers are quite professional, very concerned about child abuse, and would have done a thorough and proper investigation. The fact is that over 100 charges were laid. Can we really hold the OPP responsible for the fact that there were no convictions?

My questions to the Inquiry are simple.

Why was there only one conviction, when the OPP laid so many charges?

Why did it take Perry Dunlop's exposing this to get it investigated?

Regarding Mr. LaRoue's Affidavit. Were the victims at the parties identified and did they confirm his statement?

Is it true that some of the perpetrators were considered "above the law" and were not charged and if charged were not convicted for that reason? On the same vein, were those perpetrators well connected enough that they were able to put political pressure on the OPP and influence the results of the investigations?

Giving reasons that "make sense" should not be enough in this Inquiry. People, on all sides, should be required to provide proof that the reasons given are legitimate.

And ... I've decided not to comment further on the case, other than to say, that I wish the victims well, and when all is said and done, I hope they get justice, despite all the other agendas at play here.

A Pedophile Ring In Cornwall

In 1992, a young man came forward to report a case of child abuse.

He was the victim, and all he wanted was an apology from his church.

Over the years, this case has exploded into a politically charged scandal involving dozens of victims, and very prominent members of the Cornwall community and local Catholic Church.

Claims of conspiracy and cover up against top level politicians and police at the provincial level have been made.

The former Ontario Provincial Police Officer, Perry Dunlop, who exposed the goings on in Cornwall, sacrificed his career, endured death threats and other harassment against both him and his 6 year old daughter, was charged and then exonerated under the Police Services Act. His crime? Doing his job to protect the children of Cornwall.

Perry Dunlop should be commended and rewarded for doing his job exceptionally well.

A Public Inquiry into all of this was started in February 2006 and continues today.

Child abuse rates continue to rise in Ontario: Children's Aid Societies

October is Child Abuse Prevention Month in Ontario.

It's purpose is to draw attention to the very serious problem of child abuse in the province.

Child abuse shows it's ugly face in different forms:

Emotional Abuse: constant yelling and put downs targeting the child's self esteem.
Physical Abuse: extreme physical punishment for minor infractions often resulting in physical injury.
Sexual Abuse: sexual manipulation of children by pedophiles.
And frequently a combination of some or all of the above.

All forms of abuse create intense stress in children and can sometimes lead to mental illness, or at the very least severe emotional problems.

Child abuse scars children for the rest of their lives.

It often occurs in homes where one parent is also being abused by the same person abusing the child.

The resources required to help heal and support these devastated families are phenomenal, and scarce.

When abusers are reported and convicted, the sentences are so short that they are free to continue abusing for years. Some Pedophiles in particular have been known to abuse hundreds of children in their lifetime.

In my opinion, the best way to prevent child abuse is for the public to get involved and report it; to give significantly longer sentences to those people who are charged; and keep the pedophiles in jail for life.

We also need to increase the resources available to provide the families of the abusers the support and resources they need to heal and move on with their lives.

By doing this we show that we value our children.

Child Abuse Is Everyone's Problem!

TORONTO - The Children's Aid Societies says more than 29,000 children in Ontario were abused or neglected last year, an increase of 24 per cent since 2000-2001. The child and family welfare agency also says it received more than 160,000 calls about child protection concerns last year, an increase of 25 per cent.
